Victoria had to juggle our appointment as she had to deal with an emergency call out. But she came to tell us rather than message so we were able to discuss what was required. She arranged for two ladies, Jeanette and Jo, to come a bit later that morning. They made a super job of getting into the corners and left the place shining, especially the shower. Many thanks.
